We are a professional, fast paced company that provides Eftpos field support to some of Australia's largest banks.

Currently we have 28 full time field technicians and an ever increasing volume of work.

We are looking for technically minded, well presented, energetic, can-do individuals with outstanding customer service skills to provide services across all area's of Melbourne.

If you are self motivated, highly organised, can work efficiently on your own and have a strong work ethic then this may be the role for you.

As an Eftpos Field Technician you will be responsible for:

· Installing, Upgrading, Replacing and De-Installing Eftpos terminals at merchant sites.

· Providing on-site training to merchants.

· Providing superior technical analysis and customer service.

This is a contract position and the successful candidate will be required to contract to us under a company set up (Pty Ltd, not a sole trader), supply their own reliable vehicle (van/large vehicle), smart phone and tablet.

PC or Eftpos installation/repair experience an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

The position pays per job so provides strong opportunities for those who can work efficiently and effectively on their own.

Quoted income is average earnings after costs.

The ideal candidate would have both a technical aptitude and a proven strong customer service record.
