VeriFone card reader troubleshooting

• Check that the Miura is paired via Bluetooth. You can tell if it is paired when the Bluetooth symbol in the top row of notifications is displayed in solid white. This is to the left of the iOS device's battery status.
• Wake up the reader before starting a transaction. Simply press any key to wake the reader.The reader goes to sleep after some time to preserve battery life.
• Sometimes you may need to re-pair the Miura. Please check out Pairing the Miura Shuttle or How to Connect to your Miura M010.

For VeriFone

• Hold down the VeriFone backspace button (yellow < arrow on the dial pad) to check battery life. Hold this down for about 3-5 seconds until the blue stars flash to indicate their battery status.
• Sometimes the VeriFone extension cable does not work; try plugging the reader directly into the device to test.

Please note: Your card reader and app will work best if it is fully charged. Please make sure you charge your card readers and iOS devices for the best experience.
