Ingenico ipp350 Manual
Checking to see if the IPP350’s Network connection is good:
NOTE:
If you JUST follow these steps you will not clear the IP Address the IPP350 is set to use when set to Static. You can toggle it from Static to DHCP, check the DHCP address it pulls and then set it back to Static, whereupon it will go back to using the IP address it is already set to pull.
The IP address on a IPP350 is displayed at the bottom of the screen with the Grey "Brushed Steel" finished border.
To see this screen, reboot the swipe with [(Yellow) + (#)] - The "Brused Steel" screen is one of several displayed and you may have to reboot a couple times before you can read the address.
Set the IPP350 to DHCP:
-
Reboot the swipe with [(Yellow) + (#)]
(2) (6) (3) (4) (Green) (#) (F)
3-TDA
0-Configuration
0-Communication

1-DHCP
—>Change it from "1-Static” to “0-Auto”
Yellow until you get to “Save and Reboot?”
1-Yes
Watch for the IP address… see if it’s valid for your network?
0.0.0.0 1200 would indicate that the IPP350 isn’t seeing ANY Network
At that point you would want to troubleshoot the physical connections or possibly power cycle the router.
In any case you will need to set it back to Static afterwards.
Set the IPP350 to Static:
-
Reboot the swipe with [(Yellow) + (#)]
(2) (6) (3) (4) (Green) (#) (F)
3-TDA
